About the company
Kasko is a Czech company founded in 1992 with almost 400 employees. It provides comprehensive plastic injection-moulding services, from development and design through mould production to assembly and completion.
The brief
Lunchdrive met every requirement except one: allocating meals to the company’s own packaging. With its focus on quality and innovation, Kasko wanted a partner to design, develop and launch a robust extension, not a one-off workaround.
The solution
- a bespoke Obaly Plus module developed in three months
- three collection options: reusable meal carriers, boxes and serving on a plate
- the module incorporated across the web, app, terminals, API and reports
- sign-in by email or an existing attendance chip
- a custom menu cut-off, additional collections and reports distinguishing manual and chip-based collection
Results
Canteen staff prepare meals in carriers and boxes before service, then switch to normal plate service. Reports capture everything, including additional collections and the collection method. Testing refined the module into a reliable day-to-day solution.
