The Accom group dairies needed staff meals for companies with different arrangements: subsidised lunches in some and full-price meals paid with meal vouchers in others. Their HR manager completed 90% of the setup for both sites independently.

About the company

Bohušovická and Choceňská dairies belong to the Accom group, which includes four companies with different staff-meal arrangements: some use meal vouchers and pay the full price, while others receive subsidised lunches.

The brief

Advance process automation and make meals more convenient for employees. The solution had to support different subsidy schemes by company, multiple lunch providers and existing attendance chips.

The solution

deployment first at Bohušovická dairy, followed by Choceňská within two months
ordering and collection terminals on the companies’ own devices
a meal exchange open until 11:00 on the day
employer subsidies based on each company’s scheme
access roles, including a new bespoke role, plus training for the food provider
order-report emails for food providers and responsible staff at each site

Results

Menu templates, bulk employee imports and terminal installation: the HR manager completed 90% of the setup independently. Employees began using the system immediately.
