The brief
Cover not only ordering, but also automated meal-cost calculations, selectable collection points and cities, and food labelling — above all, with no manual employee setup or payroll-data downloads.
The solution
- food providers linked to company cost centres regardless of location, including collection points, final prices, subsidies and cut-offs
- ordering for another branch while travelling for work
- dispatch lists and box labels printed with the diner’s name for each food provider
- a two-way OKbase API: employee updates 1× daily and payroll-deduction data 1× monthly
